Headshot portrait of Jennifer Hansen, student of the month, November.

Antioch Community High School:

Congratulations to junior Jennifer Hansen, Antioch's student of the month for November! This hard working, helpful, and kind student exemplifies all of the values that we strive for at ACHS. As student of the month, Jenny received a free pizza from our friends at Antioch Pizza, as well as a gift certificate to the Sequoit Pride store. Take a look at what some of Jenny's teachers had to say about her below:

“Jenny is kind, thoughtful, and adds such a positive and mature influence to our classroom.  She works so hard and I can always count on her to participate well.”  — Tina Mikkelson

“Jennifer has received a challenging year because of her transfer to Antioch.  She has Physics, which is a freshman class, as a junior.  She has been a great role model and example to the younger students and has dealt well with their lack of maturity.  She continues to excel at getting her work done and not being distracted by those around her.  She is very patient as she deals with her lab partners.  She is an excellent example of what an upperclassman should look like.” — Tony Losinger

“Jenny is a very respectful student who engages politely with her peers and contributes positively during classroom discussions. She completes her work on time and communicates clearly when she has questions or needs support.” — Mary Easton

“Jennifer Hansen is hardworking, infinitely helpful, and is great at assisting her peers with their artistic problems.” —Robert Hughes
