D117 Facility Rentals

School facilities in the District have been provided primarily for the education of students. They may, however, be made available to the community for education, civic, cultural and other non-commercial uses consistent with the public interest when such use does not interfere with the school program or school-sponsored activities. The use of school facilities for school purposes shall have precedence over all other uses. Persons on school premises must abide by the conduct rules of the district at all times.

District 117 will not be offering the ACHS auditorium for rental starting from Memorial Day 2024 (May 27) thru August 1, 2024 due to planned construction at ACHS. Further availability of the ACHS auditorium may be affected if this construction project is delayed. Additional summer 2024 rentals at ACHS may also be limited due to this construction project. We understand that this may inconvenience some of our long-standing community partners, for which we apologize.

Please note that all rentals must be booked at least 30 days in advance of your event date, or first date in the case of multi-day events.
