The 5 Phase Restore Illinois plan is guided by health metrics and with distinct changes to the business, education, and recreation activities for each phase. Currently, Illinois is in Phase 2 of the plan: Flattening
There is a dashboard where data metrics are gathered to show community members when we can move to the next phase of the plan. Each of the four regions of Illinois will be able to move through the five phases of reopening separately, based on data in their region.
