(80 MINUTES) MAKE UP & PERIOD 0 10:30 A.M. - 11:50 A.M. (80 MINUTES) LAKE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOLS TECHNOLOGY CAMPUS: Transportation will be provided for Tech Campus during the first day of final exams, Wednesday, 12/20. Thursday and Friday are considered calendar conflicts, and students will be excused. Arrangements to drive to Tech Campus can be made through Mr. Onstad. Zero Hour classes will administer final exams according to individual teacher’s instructions. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Buses to LCHS: Transportation will run the first morning routes at the regular times. Buses leaving LCHS: Buses will run at 10:40 am and 12:05 pm on Wednesday and Thursday; and 9:05 am and 10:35 am on Friday. Book Return: Semester classes will return books in class. ILC Study Night: Tuesday, Dec. 19 5-8 p.m. We will have free snacks and hot drinks. Study alone or with friends. SPECIFIC EXAM PROCEDURES Students must remain in the exam room the entire 80 minutes (except for emergencies). There will be no hallway traffic during non-passing periods. Students should be on time for all exams. Students must take their exams at the designated exam time. Students who miss an exam must make immediate arrangements with the teacher for an appropriate make-up time. Students who miss their designated exam time risk receiving an incomplete for the course or may be subject to an alternative assessment. Parents DO NOT need to call the Attendance Office if no exam is scheduled. WHERE CAN STUDENTS GO WHEN THEY’RE NOT TAKING EXAMS? Students may leave campus after their last exam. During an exam period, students cannot enter and leave the building. Students who enter during an exam period must stay in the Commons and will not be allowed to enter the academic hallways. Students will not be permitted in the hallways while exams are in session. Students who arrive early for an exam or who don’t have an exam and wish to remain on school grounds must go to the Commons or the ILC. Students must plan on remaining in this area for the entire exam period. Passes will not be issued. Winter Break begins Saturday, Dec. 23. School resumes Tuesday, Jan. 9.
